Basketball Recap: Roberts' Losing Streak Snapped at Seven Games

There's no place like home for Roberts, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They came out on top against the Absarokee Huskies by a score of 53-46 on Saturday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Rockets as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Roberts' win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-9. As for Absarokee, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.

Roberts will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Plenty Coups at 3:30 p.m. on February 8th. Absarokee has already played their next contest (against Park City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
