Volleyball Recap: Davis Sr. Takes a Loss

Davis Sr. lost against Jesuit back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Blue Devils lost 3-0 to the Marauders. The Blue Devils' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-16, 25-12.

Gabriel Crawford paced Davis Sr.'s offense, picking up six kills. Crawford got some help from Noah Braun and his 11 assists.

Davis Sr.'s defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Jesuit, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Davis Sr. is set to square off against their familiar foe Del Oro at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Jesuit will face off against rival Whitney at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
