Volleyball Recap: Central A & M Comes Up Short

Central A & M lost against Shelbyville back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16.

Shelbyville can attribute much of their success to Brooklyn Lynch, who had 11 digs and three assists. That's the most assists Lynch has posted since back in October of 2024.

Central A & M's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Shelbyville, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Central A & M will square off against Heyworth at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Shelbyville, they will take on Sullivan at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
