St. Anselm's Abbey had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Washington Waldorf with a sharp 58-33 win. With that victory, the Panthers brought their scoring average up to 50.2 points per game.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead St. Anselm's Abbey to victory, but perhaps none more so than Max Leeman, who went 8 of 16 on his way to 18 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Mario Camara Paslar, who posted ten points along with five assists and three steals.

St. Anselm's Abbey now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Washington Waldorf, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Anselm's Abbey will welcome School Without Walls at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Washington Waldorf, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kimberton Waldorf at 12:00 p.m. on January 11, 2025.
