Basketball Recap: GREEN Upstate Takes a Loss

GREEN Upstate was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were one points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 57-56 heartbreaker at the hands of the Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes.

GREEN Upstate's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Calhoun Falls Charter, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

When GREEN Upstate and Calhoun Falls Charter next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. GREEN Upstate will try to stop Greer Middle College's seven-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Calhoun Falls Charter will challenge Abbeville and their three-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
