Wings Academy posted their biggest victory since January 9, 2024 on Monday. They breezed by the Bowne Wildcats to the tune of 80-52. Given the Wings 's advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 157th, while the Wildcats are ranked 580th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Rushawn Greene, who went 9 of 12 en route to 24 points in addition to seven assists and five rebounds. Fabian Jimbo was another key player, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 12 boards.
