It's playoff time, and Palmer had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Whitney Wildcats on Tuesday as the Palmer Bulldogs made off with a 60-39 win. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 20 points or more this season.

Palmer got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Eric Cisneros out in front who posted 27 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Cisneros has scored at least a third of Palmer's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Thomas Baxter, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine boards.

Palmer is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.7 points over those games. Whitney dropped their record down to 11-21 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Palmer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 48-40 defeat against Mexia on the 21st. Whitney does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
