Baseball Recap: St. Louis Catholic Takes a Loss

St. Louis Catholic managed to slip by Barbe the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The St. Louis Catholic Saints came up short against the Barbe Buccaneers on Wednesday, falling 11-0. The Saints were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Buccaneers earlier this season, when they won 4-3.

St. Louis Catholic has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. Barbe has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

St. Louis Catholic will challenge Brusly at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Barbe, they will take on Kelly Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
