Pisgah had won ten straight road games dating back to last season and Laylah Johnson did her part to make it 11 on Tuesday. The Dragons put the hurt on the Lake Hornets with a sharp 58-38 victory for which the team can thank Johnson, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Desiree Morris, who shot 73% from the field en route to 18 points. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 45.9% shooting accuracy.

Pisgah's record now sits at 5-0. As for Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3-1.

Pisgah didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 73-30 win against Pelahatchie on the 4th. As for Lake, they will be playing at home against Newton County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
