Soccer Recap: Millard Takes a Loss

Millard scored the most goals they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 4-1 to the Beaver Beavers. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Beavers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Millard's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Beaver, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Millard will welcome South Sevier at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Beaver, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Maeser Prep Academy at 4:00 p.m. Maeser Prep Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.1 goals per game this season.
