Recap: Crane Medical Cougars vs. Kelly Trojans
In what's become a running theme this season, the Crane Medical Cougars gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They blew past Kelly, posting a 57-18 win on the road. The victory was just what Crane Medical needed coming off of a 60-28 defeat in their prior matchup.
Leading Crane Medical to victory were Angel Reed and Sariah Allen. Reed scored 22 points along with five steals, while Allen scored 20 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Za'Nylah Moaton was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and 11 steals.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Kelly struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Crane Medical posted 14 assists.
Crane Medical has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-5 record this season. As for Kelly, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.
Crane Medical does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kelly also has no future games currently scheduled.
