Recap: Harding University Rams vs. West Charlotte Lions
The Harding University Rams lost against the West Charlotte Lions back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Harding University took a 59-42 bruising from West Charlotte. Harding University has not had much luck with West Charlotte recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Paige Bowman was her usual excellent self, scoring 21 points along with five rebounds and three steals for West Charlotte. Another player making a difference was Kenya Grier, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Harding University's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for West Charlotte, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.
Harding University on the road again on Friday and play against Hopewell at 6:00 p.m. on January 26th. Hopewell is out to stop a eight-game streak of losses at home. West Charlotte will take on Mallard Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mallard Creek will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
