Soccer Game Preview: Silver Creek vs. Centaurus

The Silver Creek Raptors will head out on the road to challenge the Centaurus Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Silver Creek is likely headed into the contest with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Skyline on Tuesday. The Raptors fell 3-1 to the Falcons.

Silver Creek's goal came courtesy of Paige Schleper, who's now up to four this season.

Meanwhile, Centaurus unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against Mead, falling 8-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Centaurus were already down 4-1.

Silver Creek's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Centaurus, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
