Hermiston took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They took down Cheney 48-34.

Meanwhile, it's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Southridge can now relate to. They had to suffer through a 60-24 loss at the hands of the Bears. The Suns were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-8.

Southridge dropped their record down to 12-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Hermiston, their win bumped their record up to 9-13.

Hermiston came up short against Southridge when the teams last played two weeks ago, falling 53-43. Can Hermiston avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
