Basketball Recap: Timber Creek Takes a Loss

Timber Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 93-58 loss at the hands of the Keller Indians. The Falcons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Indians from their previous meeting back in February.

Steven Ramirez was his usual excellent self, going 7 for 11 on his way to 22 points in addition to seven rebounds and six assists for Keller. The contest was Ramirez's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Parker Viers, who went 7 for 11 on his way to 21 points.

Timber Creek's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Keller, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Timber Creek and Tournament Team will round out the year against one another at on Friday. As for Keller, they will take on Plano East in a tournament on Thursday.
