Soccer Recap: Mount Union Comes Up Short

Mount Union's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against the Rockwood Rockets, falling 4-1. Mount Union haven't had much luck with Rockwood recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Mount Union's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Rockwood, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mount Union will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Southern Fulton at 4:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Rockwood, they will welcome Windber at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
