Soccer Game Preview: Flowers vs. Surrattsville + How To Watch

The Flowers Jaguars will square off against the Surrattsville Hornets at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Flowers fell victim to Bowie and their airtight defense back in September. They lost 6-0 to the Bulldogs. Flowers have struggled against Bowie recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Surrattsville also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Oxon Hill on Thursday, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Surrattsville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maryland soccer rankings (they are ranked 144th, while Oxon Hill are ranked tenth).

Flowers now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Surrattsville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6-1.
