Basketball Game Preview: Rancho Mirage Rattlers vs. Palm Springs Indians

Rancho Mirage is 0-10 against Palm Springs since January of 2020 but things could change on Wednesday. The Rancho Mirage Rattlers will welcome the Palm Springs Indians at 6:30 p.m. Rancho Mirage will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Rancho Mirage is headed into the contest having just posted their closest win since November 14, 2023 on Monday. They skirted past Santa Monica 60-57.

Meanwhile, Palm Springs unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 48-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Arlington.

Rancho Mirage has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. As for Palm Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

Rancho Mirage came up short against Palm Springs when the teams last played back in January of 2024, falling 61-55. Can Rancho Mirage avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
