Baseball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Kennedy was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They came up short against the Sheldon Huskies, falling 15-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Kennedy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaden Tran, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Sheldon, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars face off against the Wildcats at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sheldon, they will take on Bradshaw Christian at 3:30 p.m. on March 4th.
