Volleyball Recap: Thomas Jefferson's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Thomas Jefferson was the 3-0 winner over Green Mountain when they last played one another back in November of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rams on Friday. The loss put an end to the Spartans' undefeated start to the season.

Reese Myers paced Thomas Jefferson's offense, picking up nine kills. Myers got some help from Madison Dillon and her ten assists.

Having lost for the first time this season, Thomas Jefferson fell to 2-1. As for Green Mountain, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Thomas Jefferson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Grand Junction on the 29th. As for Green Mountain, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Denver East on the 29th.
