Softball Recap: Cashmere Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three games, Cashmere finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They came up short against the College Place Hawks, falling 16-2. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Cashmere's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for College Place, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

While Cashmere had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
