Baseball Recap: Palmview Lobos vs. Mission Eagles
Palmview barely beat Mission the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lobos' pitcher stepped up to hand the Eagles a 10-0 shutout on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Lobos, who have now won seven games by seven runs or more so far this season.
Osi Lopez made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits over five innings pitched. Lopez was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.
