Johnson won the last time they faced Savannah Arts Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Atomsmashers snuck past the Panthers with a 13-7 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Atomsmashers.

The critical scores for Johnson came from Malayla Wright and Brianna Washington.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-9. As for Savannah Arts Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-4.

Coming up, Johnson is taking a road trip to square off against Southeast Bulloch at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Atomsmashers 14.3, the Yellow Jackets 2.6) so any points scored will be well earned. As for Savannah Arts Academy, they will square off against New Hampstead at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
