Dunbar owes their defense a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They blew past the Englewood Stem Panthers 24-0. The Mightymen's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Dunbar's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Englewood Stem, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Dunbar will challenge rival Chicago Military Academy at 12:45 p.m. on the 27th. Meanwhile, Englewood Stem is set to face off against their familiar foe Richards at 11:00 a.m. on the 27th.
