Basketball Game Preview: Enloe Eagles vs. East Wake Warriors + How To Watch

The Enloe Eagles will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the East Wake Warriors at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. East Wake took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Enloe, who comes in off a win.

Enloe is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Cary. The Eagles walked away with a 65-58 win over the Imps on Friday.

Gui Wilkins had a dynamite game, shooting 73% from the field en route to 28 points and five rebounds. Those 28 points gave him a new career-high. Preston Williams was another key player, putting up ten points and seven boards.

Meanwhile, East Wake was beaten by Southeast Raleigh 68-27 on Wednesday.

Caden Midgette was the Warriors' leading scorer, having posted seven points. John Luisana took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Enloe came up short against East Wake in their previous matchup back in January, falling 64-59. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
