Softball Recap: Saint Francis Lancers vs. Willow Glen Rams        
        
		
            
 Saint Francis extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Willow Glen. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Willow Glen Rams  a   10-0 shutout. Saint Francis'  win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet  this season.
  Kate Munnerlyn made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Munnerlyn has been consistent recently: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in 11 consecutive pitching appearances. Munnerlyn was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-2 with a  home run and four  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Rebecca Quinn was  incredible,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Maya Yumiba, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 Saint Francis' victory bumped their record up to 27-0. As for Willow Glen, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-7.
 Saint Francis will square off against Archbishop Mitty at 3:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Both teams will come into the  contest having just posted big wins, so someone is set to suffer a big change in fortunes. Willow Glen does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
