After flying high against Berryville last Thursday, Pea Ridge came back down to earth. The Blackhawks fell 4-1 to the Northside Grizzlies on Friday. The Blackhawks' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Pea Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Northside, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-8.

Looking ahead, Pea Ridge will welcome Gravette at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blackhawks will need to watch out since the Lions have now posted at least ten runs in their last four contests. As for Northside, they will head out to take on Greenwood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs' pitching crew has only allowed 4.1 runs per game this season, so the Grizzlies' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
