Volleyball Recap: Dupont Falls Short Against Ranked Dickinson

DuPont faced Dickinson in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Tigers came up short against the Rams, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost four in a row.

DuPont's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Dickinson, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-7 record this season.

DuPont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dickinson, they are taking a road trip to challenge Appoquinimink at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Jaguars will roll in looking for their 16th straight win, something the Rams surely won't give up without a fight.
