Soccer Recap: Paramus Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against McNair Academic on Saturday, Paramus came back down to earth. The Spartans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Milford Highlanders on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Paramus can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey soccer rankings (they are ranked 198th, while West Milford are ranked 49th).

Paramus has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for West Milford, their win bumped their record up to 6-1-2.

Coming up, Paramus will head out on the road to challenge Pascack Hills at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for West Milford, they will square off against Fair Lawn at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
