Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fowlerville). They blew past the Eastern Quakers 16-1 on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Gladiators in their matchups with the Quakers: they've now won nine in a row.

Michaela Gulledge was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high. Grace Nelson was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Fowlerville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .607. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Fowlerville's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Eastern, their loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.
