Volleyball Recap: Pike Central Falls to Vincennes Lincoln in First Game of Season

Pike Central had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Vincennes Lincoln Alices on Tuesday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-11, 25-17.

The victory got Vincennes Lincoln back to even at 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pike Central will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The match will give the Chargers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Vincennes Lincoln, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Sullivan at 7:00 p.m.
