Basketball Game Preview: Hugo Buffaloes vs. Silo Rebels

Hugo hasn't had much luck against Silo recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Hugo Buffaloes will venture away from home to take on the Silo Rebels at 6:30 p.m.

Last Saturday, Hugo ended up a good deal behind Ada and lost 62-48.

Wilson typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Silo proved too difficult a challenge. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Eagles 44-41. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Rebels have posted since January 11th.

The win made it two in a row for Silo and bumps their season record up to 12-9. As for Hugo, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10.

Hugo ended up a good deal behind Silo when the teams last played back in February of 2024, losing 55-41. Can Hugo avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
