While Trinity-Pawling School's victory against Kent School wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Pride narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Lions 4-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-1 back in April.

The team relied heavily on Alex Cruz, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Manny Carreras, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Trinity-Pawling School's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-8. As for Kent School, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11.
