Soccer Recap: Chaminade Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Chaminade, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let the Vianney Golden Griffins get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Thursday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Chaminade's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked seventh, while Vianney are ranked 46th).

Chaminade has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4-2 record this season. As for Vianney, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-2.

Chaminade has already played their next match (against St. James Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Vianney, they will face off against De Smet Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
