After only two runs in their last match, Altamont made sure to put some runs up on the board against Delta on Wednesday. Everything went the Altamont Longhorns' way against the Delta Rabbits as the Altamont Longhorns made off with an 18-2 victory. Considering Altamont has won eight games by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Kiley Crapo was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Crapo has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive pitching appearances. Crapo was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a home run, three runs, and three RBI.

In other batting news, Kacee Stevenson was a standout: she scored three runs and stole four bases while going 2-for-2. Jalee Taylor was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
