            Tri-Center hasn't had much luck against Woodbury Central recently, but that could start to change  on Monday. The Trojans will look to defend their home field  against the Wildcats  at 7:30  p.m. Tri-Center will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
On Thursday, Tri-Center made easy work of AHSTW  and carried off  a  16-3 win. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by seven  runs or more this season.
 Meanwhile,  Woodbury Central unfortunately witnessed the end of their  four-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost  14-2 to Martensdale-St. Mary's. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss the Wildcats have suffered  since May 30th.
 Tri-Center pushed their record up to 11-3 with the  victory, which was their sixth straight  at home. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Woodbury Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
