Basketball Game Preview: Lithia Springs Lions vs. Hebron Christian Lions

Having just played yesterday, the Lithia Springs Lions will jump right back in to play the Hebron Christian Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hebron Christian took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Lithia Springs, who comes in off a win.

Hebron Christian is hoping to do what Carrollton couldn't on Friday: put an end to Lithia Springs' winning streak, which now stands at three games. Lithia Springs came out on top in a nail-biter against Carrollton, sneaking past 56-53.

Meanwhile, Hebron Christian came up short against St. Anne-Pacelli on Friday and fell 62-51. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 338th, while the Vikings are ranked 38th).

Lithia Springs' win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points per game. As for Hebron Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
