Soccer Game Preview: Northwestern vs. Canton Central Catholic

The Northwestern Huskies will be taking part in a tournament against the Canton Central Catholic Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northwestern is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season.

Northwestern's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Brooklyn by a score of 2-0.

Wahied Fasihi and Mario Rodriguez scored both of Northwestern's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 17 goals.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday Canton Central Catholic sidestepped Heartland Christian for a 3-2 victory.

The win got Canton Central Catholic back to even at 8-8-2. As for Northwestern, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4-4.
