Lewis & Clark let Ridgeline stack four runs on them in the sixth inning on Thursday but luckily Lewis & Clark prevailed anyway. The Tigers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 win over the Falcons. The game was the first time the Tigers have beaten the Falcons on their field since April 26, 2022.
The victory got Lewis & Clark back to even at 7-7. As for Ridgeline, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-6.
We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lewis & Clark is set to square off against their familiar foe University at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Ridgeline will challenge rival Central Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
