It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bullard had no problem doing just that on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Righetti Warriors a 3-0 shutout. The victory was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on eight straight.

Bullard's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Righetti, their loss dropped their record down to 16-12.

Coming up, Bullard will welcome Centennial at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Golden Hawks' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Knights' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Righetti does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
