Eastside won the last time they faced Lee and things went their way on Monday too. The Eastside Spartans walked away with a 59-47 win over the Lee Generals. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

Lee's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Taylor Bishop, who posted ten points. Bishop also put up a block, which washer first of the season. Another player making a difference was Phalicity Pennington, who put up 12 points and five rebounds.

Eastside's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-9. As for Lee, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

Eastside has already played their next match, a 60-39 win against Thomas Walker on the 28th. As for Lee, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 93-13 loss against Central Wise on the 28th.
