Williamson put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Sayre Redskins as Williamson made off with an 18-8 win. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Olivia Gee spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and five unearned) runs on five hits.

At the plate, Williamson got a massive performance out of Lexi Smalley, who scored four runs and stole two bases while going 4-for-5. That's the most stolen bases Smalley has posted since back in April of 2024. Alexis Sprague was another key player, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 2-for-4.

Williamson was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .459. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .318 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.

Williamson's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Sayre, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Williamson will venture away from home to challenge Cowanesque Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Sayre, they will head out to square off against Wellsboro at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
