Gladstone is a perfect 7-0 against Marquette since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Braves will look to defend their home field against the Redmen at 4:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Gladstone is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Monday. They never let Westwood get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Braves haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Westwood's batters probably weren't too happy with Tia Schone, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 16 Ks (she gave up zero walks).

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Lauren Sundquist, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Ava Goodman, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3.

Meanwhile, Marquette put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 25-0 margin over Gwinn. The result was nothing new for the Redmen, who have now won four matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Marquette got a massive performance out of Eva Dewitt, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Charlye Swajanen, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 2-for-5.

Gladstone beat Marquette 8-3 in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Do the Braves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Redmen turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
