Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Seminole walked away with it. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Mineral Wells Rams a 5-0 shutout on Saturday. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Rams on Saturday, they had to take a 7-2 defeat.

The result came thanks to Rowin Donaldson's shutout, as he gave up just a hit and racked up 11 Ks. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Obed Reyes, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Stephen Davis was another key player, earning one RBI and two stolen bases.

Seminole is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-8 record this season. As for Mineral Wells, their loss dropped their record down to 20-12-2.

Looking ahead, Seminole will take on Pleasant Grove on Saturday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight. Mineral Wells does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
