Spring Hill had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They never let the Pine Tree Pirates get on the board and left with a 6-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

Spring Hill's victory bumped their record up to 9-4-2. As for Pine Tree, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9-3 record this season.
