Basketball Recap: Heritage Christian Academy Makes It 15 in a Row at Home

Leading Heritage Christian Academy to victory were Addelynn Reid and Sara Spangler. Reid dropped a double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds, while Spangler dropped a double-double with ten points and ten boards. Reid is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last 23 games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Addison Klock, who posted six points.

Heritage Christian Academy pushed their record up to 17-1 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Providence Academy, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-4.

Coming up, Heritage Christian Academy will host Lakewood Presbyterian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Heritage Christian Academy's defense has only allowed 22.2 points per game this season, so Lakewood Presbyterian's offense will have their work cut out for them. Providence Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
