Volleyball Recap: Wilcox Chargers vs. Fremont Firebirds

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Milpitas, Wilcox was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Fremont Firebirds. This was payback for the Chargers, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Wilcox took Fremont into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 27-25, 25-18, 22-25, 16-14.
