Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marshall). They were the clear victor by a 16-2 margin over the Tyler Lions on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Mavericks in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won five in a row.

Marshall's record is now 5-9. As for Tyler, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
