Basketball Recap: Laurel Comes Up Short

Laurel and Canton squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Laurel had to settle for second. They lost to the Canton Tigers on the road by a 75-56 margin.

Laurel's loss dropped their record down to 25-8. As for Canton, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 20-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Laurel nor Canton have any future games scheduled.
