Volleyball Recap: Campbell Comes Up Short

Campbell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lesterville Bearcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Camels of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2015.

Campbell's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Lesterville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-6-1.

Campbell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Sikeston on the 15th. As for Lesterville, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Meadow Heights on the 16th.
